Terms of Use

The plain English rules for using BA Hub. Last updated: October 2026.

The short version: BA Hub is for learning and your own BA work. Some of it is free with an account and some of it is paid. Nothing renews by itself. If you change your mind within 48 hours of paying, you get your money back. The guidance is for learning, not professional advice.

1. Who we are

BA Hub is run by Hublinko Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17347578) ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use BA Hub.

2. What BA Hub is for

BA Hub gives you learning tools for business analysis: simulated projects, diagramming, a whiteboard, note taking, document templates, mock interviews and a CV builder. Some parts are free with an account and some are paid. Features may change as we improve them.

3. Your work and your account

4. What's free and what you pay for

There is no monthly plan and nothing renews by itself. The price you see is the total, with nothing added at the checkout. Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Access codes: an access code gives you access for the time it states, with no card needed. When that time ends, your access stops and your account goes back to free. Nothing is charged.

5. Upgrading to the year

If you paid us for a simulation or the mock interviews in the last 30 days, we take what you paid off the £199 year price. If it adds up to £199 or more, the year is free. Use the same account you bought them on, and the new price shows at the checkout.

Once something you bought has counted towards your year, it can't be refunded on its own, because that money is now part of your year.

6. Refunds

7. When a year ends, and keeping your account

8. Acceptable use

Don't use BA Hub to do anything unlawful, to upload harmful content, to try to break or overload the service, or to harass anyone through the chat. Don't share your account or pass on paid content or access codes. We may suspend an account that is misused.

9. Billie, Jo and the feedback you get

Billie answers questions you pick from a list on each page. On some pages, members who are signed in can also ask Billie for an AI answer. Jo's recorded voice guides you through the simulations and tools. Billie's answers, the mock interview feedback and any reviews of your work are for learning and practice. They may be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional, legal or financial advice. Check anything important before you rely on it in a real project.

10. Live courses

Live courses run online or in person with Jo. A course only runs when the group fills. A deposit holds your place and comes off the course fee. The details, dates and prices confirmed when you book apply to that course. Registering your interest doesn't create a contract.

To cancel, tell us. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from within 14 days. The same rules apply if your employer pays.

11. Our liability

BA Hub is provided "as is", without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect losses from your use of BA Hub. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookies policy.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions? Use the contact form.
