No. You pay £29 once for a simulation or for the mock interviews, or £199 once for a year of everything. Nothing renews by itself.

No. When you upgrade, the money you paid for your simulations pays for part of the year. That money is now part of your year.

For example, you buy Maple for £29, then buy the year for £170. You can't then get the £29 back.

If you change your mind about the year within 48 hours, we refund the £170 and you keep Maple.
If you change your mind within 48 hours of your payment, we refund it, no questions asked. Beyond that, we honour the Consumer Rights Act 2015: if something's genuinely wrong, tell us here and we'll put it right.
